You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy from Telegram, un moderated content, public hacking groups doxxing accounts and hacked passwords displayed in plain text. Abuse email doesn't function (they won't remove this content) and they have their self "encryption" (It has flaws). Honestly not sure why people think this is good.

I really don't understand how it works. I tried multiple times to get on to the different features without any luck. Most of the time I don't even know whether something that I've posted is public or I'm doing it for for own ego and vanity. Then there is the supposed lack of censorship. But if they use algorithms and A.I. to detect certain types of content to determine whether or not it's inappropriate or (hate), that defeats the purpose behind Telegram and what the founder supposedly had In mind. It means we are slowly or maybe not so slowly descending into 1984 and a dystopian totalitarian regime where we are monitored all the time. To say that you aren't monitoring when you use artificial intelligence to do it is hypocritical. When you're censoring someone preventing them from exercising their their first amendment rights is censorship. And there's no way around it.

garbage App. I wanted to send message to my personal manager. I wanted to ask her support but message can't go. after 20 seconds they banned me. I registered on another simcard and also banned my number. tried 4 simacards they banned them all. messaging someone who is not in your contact no longer possible. to me telegram is no longer useful, it become useless. they force us to subcribe to premium so as to avoid ban. so TG is no longer non profit organization but a house of scam.

Be careful, It is hacked, and also rely on volunteers. It's not fully end-to-end encrypted. If you forced to use it, disable the sensitive permissions.
Scammers thrive there.

I am writing out of my experience with Trinex investments, joined 2 months ago by referral from my sister and I've made cool profit off as little as $6k!

Got many spam links through Telegram.

The platform it self is ok, however, customer support might as well be non existent.

A couple of months ago, my computer was hacked and they flooded my IG, telegram and other "some" with spam.

The other applications are working fine after I got control over them again, changed passwords and enabled 2fa.
However, after contacting telegram 4 times to get my account off restrictions, I still have no answer from them at all.

Absolutely horrible as some of my work has to do with telegram set up.

If you can avoid it, avoid telegram!

The telegram desktop for windows is absolute dogs**t, it doesn't work properly most of the time, constantly needs removed and then reloaded onto computer, makes computer freeze constantly and has been infiltrated by spam accounts. Spend more time waiting for this garbage to work than actually messaging. DOGS**T

It keeps telling me to check my internet connection despite it having no issues. My VPN was disabled and I have reinstalled the app multiple times

No respond from the report about telegram account being hacked. Need urgent action because scammer use the account to ask money from the owner's contact

Makes people wonder who the moderators are on Telegram. I've had my account deleted twice on a chat site over the last year. So ...k them!

Been a user for telegram for some years now. But once i had involvement in crypto groups of platforms i used i keep getting spammed and and not much is even done. Sometimes even threatened by some of them and the platform never solved the issue.

Final straw was when i fell for a scam and later discovered some anti-spam feature that is only for premium users that could of prevented it to begin with but no they needed to make sure you pay them first and hold my risk of being scammed as hostage first. Not good of a platform that can do better at preventing scams and spam and protecting all users regardless if they pay or not.

This is a truthful review and details my experiences using their services. I hope they can do better implementing more anti spam features and making them available to all users for free if they want to retain users and give them even more confidence to pay for premium.

I lost 4000 members on discord because they have such terrible rules. I am using telegram now because it seems that is the only way to not lose my members. I wish telegram had channels like discord. they are too basic right now. but overall I like it and hope they improve it a lot.
